Flange Coupling
flange coupling is a type of Coupling used between rotating
shafts that consists of flanges one of which is fixed at the end of each shaft,
the two flanges being bolted together with bolts fitted circumstantially to
complete the drive. Flange coupling can only be used when both shafts are
perfectly aligned in static or dynamic condition.
